Terms and Conditions
- All passengers in the covered vehicle are eligible to emergency medical care and transit to the nearest hospital.
- No third party individuals are covered e.g. Pedestrians, cyclists and other motorists who are subsequently involved in the accident.
- This package only covers for vehicle or road accidents.
- This cover is valid countrywide by road ambulance only.
- The cover is only valid for cars / vehicles who are current members of the car accident service.
- This cover does not include hospital admission.
- Minimum of 6 - max 12 months sign up.
- The covered vehicle will be issued with a member sticker.
- The cover is not transferable to another vehicle.
- The cover is for life or limb threatening conditions and any abuse of the service will be charged for in cash at the ACE Ambulance cash rates.
- The cover does not include inter hospital transfers, inter city transfers or procedure transfers, it only covers from the scene of the accident to the nearest hospital.
- ACE has the right to claim from the patients medical aid.
