The School Cover prioritizes the safety of school communities and guarantees that expert medical responders are available to assist on site or arrange evacuation to the nearest suitable medical facility when the situation requires.

Key Features of ACE School Cover
Emergency medical evacuation
Emergency medical evacuation via road ambulance for students, staff, and drivers during school-related activities anywhere in Zimbabwe where ACE is present; coverage in other areas is handled by third-party providers at no extra cost.
Pre-hospital emergency care
Pre-hospital emergency care, which includes stabilization, resuscitation, drug administration, observation, and safe transport to the nearest Group A medical facility.
Toll-free 24-hour call centre
Toll-free 24-hour call centre for medical advice and travel movement monitoring for all school trips using ACE’s base network.
Free emergency room services
Free emergency room services at HealthPoint Hospital (doctor consultation, stabilization, resuscitation, X-rays, and emergency blood tests), provided only if transported by ACE ambulance in a life-threatening emergency.
Annual provision of basic first aid training
Annual provision of basic first aid training for up to 10 staff or students, limited to free tuition but with mileage billed separately.
Terms and Conditions
A formal agreement between ACE Air & Ambulance and the school will be established following a thorough discussion and negotiation of the school’s specific requirements. All service terms, scope of cover, pricing, and any additional conditions will be clearly defined in the final written contract mutually approved by both parties.
